Living With A Group

Community Living Toronto?s Individualized Support program was created to offer individuals in a group home setting the opportunity to move into more customized, individual life arrangements. Working with a support circle comprised of family members, friends, community partners, Community Living Toronto staff and others important in an individual?s life, a persona with an intellectual disability has the choice to decide where they live, what they do during the day and who they spend time with.

Living Independently

Supported Independent Living provides support to adults with an intellectual disabilities so they can develop the skills needed to enable them to live as independently as possible. Currently, the program serves over 170 individuals in over 80 locations across Toronto. For more information about the program, please click here.

Living With A Host Family

Supportive Home Share provides support, supervision and life skills training for adults in a community environment. Through Supportive Home Share, Community Living Toronto partners an individual we support with an Associate with whom the person lives as a family member and provides the support required to enable the individual to become more independent.
